Reminder to Complete Your Pennsylvania Annual Report for 2026 -

Reminder that all businesses operating in Pennsylvania are required to file an Annual Report with the Department of State again in 2026. This includes self-employed individuals and Not for Profit Organizations.

Partnerships (Form 1065) and S-Corporations (Form 1120S) tax returns for the 2025 tax year should be filed by Monday March 16. If you are unable to file, an extension of time can be granted by filing Form 7004, Application for Automatic Extension of Time to File Certain Business Income.
