In 1996, while with Mutual of Omaha, David obtained his Series 6 and Seri
es 63 registrations. In 1998 he obtained his Series 7 registration, Series 24 Principal registration and Series 66 registration for managed accounts, becoming a full-time Financial Advisor with Cuna Brokerage. David has worked with some of the largest independent broker dealers in the country including Edward Jones, Raymond James and First Allied. In April 2009, David joined Summit Brokerage Services as an Independent Financial Advisor. Cetera Financial Networks purchased Summit Brokerage in 2019. His office is located in the Heritage Tower in downtown Columbus. A lifelong resident of Columbus, Georgia, David attended Baker High School and Columbus College. In 2023, David's daughter, Lisi Chilkuri, joined the business. The focus of Reneau Wealth Advisors LLC is split between advising and education. David teaches a class out of Columbus State University called Rejuvenate Your Retirement. David and his wife, Carol Ann, have 4 children. The eldest, David, is a pastor in Macon, Georgia. Their daughter, Lisi, works as a registered assistant for Reneau Wealth Advisors LLC. Their youngest son, Garrett, is a retired US Marine and works for FedEx. Their youngest daughter, Morgan, attends the University of Georgia. Their family welcomed its 5th grandchild in January 2019. David has been a member of Evangel Temple since 1979. He is on the board of the Historic Linwood Cemetery since 2022. About Lisi Chilkuri:
Lisi is a *Registered Assistant at Reneau Wealth Advisors LLC. She passed the Securities Industry Essentials exam in 2022. In 2023, she obtained Series 7 registration, and in 2024 she obtained her Series 66 registration (Series 63 & 65 combined). A Columbus native, she graduated from Northside High School and attended Columbus State University. She played softball and performed in many school plays and musicals. She spent the majority of her time at Evangel Church. There, she was heavily involved in the youth choir, worship team, music videos, mission trips, and more. As an adult, she worked at a local company that sells checks, business forms, and promotional items, Safeguard. While there, she worked in sales and customer service. By the end of her time at the company, she was promoted to Key Accounts Representative. She left the workforce after her son was born in 2016. She remained a stay-at-home mom for 6 years, but always knew that she would return to work once her children started school. She began working with her dad, David Reneau, at Reneau Wealth Advisors LLC in 2023. Her husband, Vikas, has owned and operated a local restaurant in Columbus for 15 years. Together, they have two young children, a boy and girl. When Lisi isn't working, she is spending time with her family. They love to travel as a family and do so whenever there is a holiday. Lisi's philosophy is that she wants to make her little corner of the world a better place. Her passion for people and family is what drives her.
