• We have our staff members on-site and are following social distance guidelines recommended by the CDC.
• We are not scheduling any non-essential meetings with clients at this time.
• We are open for drop offs during our normal business hours and we have a safe contact less system in place for our clients. Also, in special circumstances we will meet you at your vehicle to collect your documents.
• Beginning in February will be open later than 5pm for after-hours drop offs.
• You may mail your documents to our office using USPS Priority Mail (recommended), FedEx, UPS, or email a PDF copy. No photos or screen shots will be accepted for documentation.
• We can take payment over the phone.
• If your return was electronically filed and you are picking up a copy of the return and original documents, we will be glad to hold those until you feel it is safe to pick up. We also offer to mail those to you at your cost.
• We are unable to have video conferences however, we do utilize telephone conferences. If you need to discuss something with us, we are more than glad to arrange a telephone conference.
