Back in September, IRS put a moratorium on new Employee Retention Credit (ERC) claims. Now the IRS is sending out more than 20,000 letters disallowing previously submitted claims.

IRS is disallowing ERC claims to entities that did not exist or did not have paid employees during the period of eligibility.
