new developments. We have never been an exponential growth driven training ground for the young and inexperienced tax professional. On the contrary - we arrived where we are by maintaining a manageable growth strategy. With a staffing architecture designed to have more entrepreneurial minded professionals and less support staff, we hire and retain the right number of property tax agents so the agents themselves and not clerks pay personal attention to each of our client’s needs. Not only does this allow us to deliver superior results due to more direct contact, better insight and personal knowledge of the taxable property, but it also, and more significantly, cultivates our ability to anticipate or recognize potential tax problems in their earliest stages and to act quickly to mitigate the damages. We have typically maintained long-lived relationships with our clients. In fact, you could say we’ve become part of the family with most of them. Our company has grown primarily from word of mouth or recommendation from our existing clients. Wanting to stay true to our core values and existing clients, other than charitable promotions in the community, we rarely advertise and do not employ a sales staff.
