Iโve been thinking a lot about ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฒ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ ๐จ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ.
Because the businesses I see thriving arenโt always the ones adding the most.
More services.
More software.
More clients.
More offers.
More things to manage.
Often, theyโre doing the opposite.
Theyโre cutting a service that isnโt profitable.
Consolidating three tools into one.
Saying no to a client who isnโt a good fit.
Letting go of something theyโve been doing simply because theyโve ๐๐๐ค๐๐ฆ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ก ๐กโ๐๐ก ๐ค๐๐ฆ.
From the outside, that can look like theyโre doing less.
But theyโre really protecting their time, energy, attention, and resources for the things that are actually working.
And Iโm realizing I need to keep asking the same questions in my own business.
Growth doesnโt necessarily require more moving parts.
Sometimes it requires
So hereโs a question worth sitting with:
If you cut your business down to only whatโs actually working right now, ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ ๐ฅ๐๐๐ญ?
