From college intern to Operations Associate – Grace Duncan's journey with Dragoo Financial Group has been one we’ve loved watching unfold.

Grace joined our team as an intern in February 2023 while studying Business Analytics at Oregon State University. In July 2024, after graduating, she stepped into her role as Operations Associate full-time - and today we’re celebrating 2 years in that role.

She brings analytical thinking, a sharp eye for detail, and a calm, steady presence to everything behind the scenes.
