Uh Oh! Was your federal tax return rejected because it appears that you or a dependent had health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace in 2025? Note: Some Medicaid plans are considered apart of the marketplace.

The IRS requires Form 1095-A to complete and submit your return.

👉 Next steps:
• Please register or log in to your Georgia Access (Health Insurance Marketplace) online account.

OR

• Contact Georgia Access directly at 888-687-1503 to request your 2025 Form 1095-A.

Once you receive the form or information, send it to your preparer as soon as possible so they can correct and resubmit your return without delay.
