And just like that… the tax season circus has packed up its tents 🎪💨

We officially closed out the season at 806 tax returns… yes, eight hundred and six. For just the two of us. At this point, our keyboards are worn out, our coffee maker deserves a medal, and we might hear phantom calculator buttons in our sleep 😅

There were late nights, early mornings, and at least a few moments where we questioned our life choices… but somehow, we pulled off the ultimate tax-season magic trick and got it DONE ✨

To our incredible clients: THANK YOU. Seriously. You’re the reason we survive on caffeine and determination every year, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Now, we are pressing pause.
Our office is closed until April 27th while we go remember what life is like outside of tax returns.

If you filed an extension, don’t panic—we didn’t forget about you! Reach out starting May 1st, and we’ll dive back in (after we’ve had a proper nap… or five).

Until then, if anyone needs us, we’ll be somewhere not answering emails (right away) and pretending numbers don’t exist for a little while 😄

Good evening!

Well folks… the April 15 deadline didn’t just sneak up—it kicked the door in like it pays rent 😅

As of today, we are officially BOOKED SOLID. Not a single opening left… unless someone invents a 25th hour in the day.

Now, for our elite, thrill-seeking, last-minute crowd—the “I work best under pressure” club… congratulations, you’ve once again made it to the final level 🏁😂
Good news: we can absolutely file an extension for you!

📌 Our office will be closed April 16–April 27 (to recover, recharge, and maybe stop dreaming about tax forms).
📌 We’ll begin working on extension returns in early May.

If you’d like an extension, give us a call or email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it—no judgment… 😉

Also, can we just take a second…
We are currently at 730 returns—a RECORD-BREAKING year! 🎉 And we’re still going strong. That’s a lot of paperwork, a lot of coffee, and a lot of “what the !%*$”

We truly couldn’t do this without all of you. Thank you for trusting us year after year—even if some of you like to keep things… exciting 😄

📣 Tax Season Update from Our Office 📣

We’re getting down to the wire as we approach the April 15th tax deadline… and Anna’s birthday 🎉 (yes, it’s a big day around here for more than one reason 😉).

While the state has extended their deadline, the federal deadline has NOT. Our office will not be extending South Carolina filings—we are sticking firmly to the April 15th deadline.

Our calendar is filling up fast, so if you haven’t scheduled your appointment yet, now is the time to grab a spot while we still have availability!

We are still accepting documents through our TaxDome portal for anyone who prefers that option—in fact, we encourage it! 😊

Our goal is to avoid extensions whenever possible. However, if documents are dropped off, uploaded, or brought in unorganized (especially for our business clients) after April 6th, there is a strong possibility an extension will be necessary. We’ll absolutely work hard to get everything completed, but we want to be upfront about that possibility.

⏰ Office Hours Update:
We will be CLOSED this Friday (unless you already have a scheduled appointment) in observance of Good Friday, as well as Saturday so we can spend time with our families for Easter—and recharge for the final tax season push!

We’ll be back in the office Monday, April 6th.

Each year, my (Anna’s) goal is to serve even more clients than the year before (last year was 723 👀), and we are getting closer and closer to that goal!

Don’t wait until the last minute to make your appointments, please 🙏 !

We will not be taking appointments after April 10th. (You may still upload your documents however you will probably get an extension)

Documents sent over/dropped off/uploaded to the portal after April 1st will not be guaranteed to be completed before the April 15th deadline! We will work hard to get them done however it’s a possibility they will get an extension.

Also, the office will be Closed April 3rd for Good Friday and will reopen on Monday, April 6th so that we can spend Easter weekend with our family. 🐣

Good Afternoon to all of our clients!
We have a little bit of news to share. Mrs. Jan got herself into a bit of a predicament this past weekend which is landing her on the couch for a few weeks. She will now be sporting some pretty expensive aftermarket parts!
So with this being said, She will be out of the office the rest of this week and next week. After this, we will be playing by ear on how she feels. I will be in the office taking care of emails, phones and urgent needs for our bookkeeping clients. We ask for everyone's prayers for a quick recovery for Mrs. Jan as well as patience with us during this time!

Good afternoon! We just want to reach out and remind everyone that we are getting down to the last 25 days (3 Weeks) left of the 2024 tax filing season. If you are still needing to make an appointment, please do not wait until the last minute. We will not be taking appointments on the 14th or 15th of April. We will be closing out returns were previously submitted to us.

Good Morning!!
As Christmas is approaching, and quickly I might add, we wanted to reach out to everyone with some updates.
We will be closing the office on December 23 and will not reopen until January 6 so that we can spend this time with our families and have a little bit of downtime before the long (much appreciative) hours of tax season.
During this time (Dec 23- Jan 6) should you need us EMAIL will be the BEST form of communication to use to get in contact with us as we will be checking this periodically. The phones will not be monitored during our time off.
