A well-established local CPA firm is seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to join our team. We specialize in not-for-profit and construction industry attestation engagements, offering meaningful work, strong client relationships, and a collaborative, in-office environment.
This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote work is not available.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead, supervise and perform audit and attestation engagements from planning through completion
• Manage and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and technical support
• Review workpapers and financial statements for accuracy and compliance
• Work directly with clients, building strong, trusted relationships
• Ensure engagements meet professional standards, budgets, and deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
• CPA license
• 4+ years of public accounting experience, with an audit focus
• Experience in not-for-profit and/or construction industries strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements
