Sadly the phone company has failed us and our phone system is temporarily down.
They are sending out a tech tomorrow afternoon so Monday they should be back up again. In the mean time our senior employees will be using their cells to call clients for needed info so be on the lookout for that if youre expecting a call this weekend. If you need to contact us prior to Monday, we encourage you to use e-mail.
If you know the email of your individual preparer go ahead and use that, but if you don't, just send anything to [email protected] and I will make sure it gets where it needs to go.

After the long wait and some small complications our website is back up and working with some new and improved features!
You can now make payments directly on the website. You can download necessary forms and fill them out before you come in. Most forms are fillable so you can type instead of write for those like me who hate writing.
In addition to these easy to use features, you can also now upload files directly to us so no need to even step foot inside the office if you couple it with e-signatures!

If you'd like to use this upload function please give us a call and we'll get it set up for you. We will need a valid e-mail address and a current phone number for you in order to make this happen.

Unfortunately for those who are wondering we still handle appointments the old fashioned way and require a call to set them. You know they go quick so schedule as soon as possible, even if you know it'll be in April before you're ready. March and April appointments start filling IN March so get in early and don't get left behind. Or... Well... You know, you could always use the new upload function on our freshly done website and avoid all the fuss of an appointment!

We appreciate all of you, and hope you are having a good year. Looking forward to seeing you this coming tax season!

Just a reminder for those that have forgotten from previous years. Next week we return to our regular hours of 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Don't worry though, we're still working hard and are open year round.

Thank you to all our clients both new and returning. All things considered this was a great season and we thank you all for your patience and your business!
I'd like to say we can all relax but the next deadlines are right around the corner.

Looking for a couple of detailed oriented individuals for out office assistants for the upcoming tax season.
Duties include filing, errands, running papers, cleaning office etc.
Hours for training will be flexible to a degree but position hours are not flexible or negotiable. Hours for the actual position will be 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM 3 days a week with some Saturdays either included or in addition to.

Tax time is right around the corner, once again.
Times have been tough, we know. We completely understand the struggles that Covid has brought on our community and to individual families and we want to make things as smooth as possible.
Our offices will operate similar to last year. When calling to schedule an appointment our receptionists will explain our policies. Please make sure to pay attention and ask any questions you need at that time.
We WILL be requiring masks this year at all times inside the building. If you are unable to wear a mask, please call ahead of time for special accommodations.

Like last year we ask that you don't bring anyone with you to an appointment who is not a signer on the return, or there for assistance (Such as mobility or for translation purposes)

We are looking for one full time worker that will fit in well with out family owned and operated business.

We are looking for someone who wants to stay for the long haul and that person needs to fit with our changing seasons as well as our unique and sometimes stressful working environment.

Attention to detail is very important as is being a self motivator and a great communicator.

During tax season, typically from Jan-April (But sometimes will last past April depending on deadline extensions) our hours change drastically and we are looking for someone who can be flexible enough to work with that change.

May - Dec schedule is TYPICALLY Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Jan - Apr schedule is 3 days a week (We try to accommodate but can't guarantee specific days) 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM.

Retention bonus offered after each tax season for this position.

We are looking for someone who is very comfortable typing and using a computer for general purposes.

We need someone to work 2-3 days a week from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
That part time position turns full time for tax season and this is not negotiable. Please be ultra aware of this before applying. We will try to be flexible on days, but this is not guaranteed.

During the months of Jan - April (and beyond if they extend the season) the hours will be 3 days a week 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM

JOB INFO:
We are in need of one or two seasonal front office workers who will greet and handle clients that come in.
Our front office individuals will be responsible for keeping the office tidy, running papers, handling calls, filing, and handling the intake of clients. They will be responsible for sanitizing pens and workspace periodically throughout the day.
This job is temporary and ends on April 15, 2021

We are looking for someone who can pick things up QUICKLY and handle both slow periods and fast periods alike. Running errands is a must, so you will need to have your own reliable transportation and a valid license in order to do this.

Shifts will vary. We need flexible individuals who can fill in with very little notice.

Masks are required in office when dealing with clients, and when within 6 feet of other employees.
