Staffing Recruiting Manager
SuperbTech, Inc. is a 24-year-old Entrepreneurial Staffing Company. We are seeking to add a key Team Member to our company. This resilient individual must love Team Building, Recruiting, Customer Service, Operations, and Sales. You must thrive in the daily ebb and flow of a Staffing Company. This is a working “Management Position” requiring you to Manage and contribute to Recruitment.
Great Leadership skills consisting of coaching, training, mentoring, developing, strategizing, and innovative thinking are required to keep our Team engaged, upbeat, motivated, driven, and successful. Knowledge in Engineering, IT, or Professional Recruitment is highly desired. You will set the day-to-day rhythm of assignments, provide strategy and resources for challenging jobs, employee evaluations, track metrics, manage recruitment tools, postings of ads, and a host of other operational responsibilities.

Experience Required
5 years as a Recruiting Manager, Branch Manager, Staffing Manager or Lead Recruiter
Engineering, IT, or Professional Staffing background desired or will consider Inhouse experience
Superb communication to include written and verbal
Client interface/negotiation skills
Strong "brag sheet" comprised of references, track records, and reports
Best Practices Training (SmartSearch, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Zip Recruiter, Vendor Management Tools)
Management of Recruiters
Setting weekly/monthly Recruiting Metrics and holding Recruiters accountable for performance
Systems Administrator, quality control and management of SmartSearch ATS Manage Job Postings on SmartSearch,
Weekly commission reports, Recruiter Year to Date, and Leader Board Reports. Monthly Recruiter Activity, Final Disposition, Source Summary Reports
Monthly One-On-One meetings with Recruiters
Management and postings of Recruitment Tools
Strong Excel user
RFP experience
Pluses:
ISNetworld familiarity
Advanced Excel skills
SmartSearch knowledge
Compensation:
Base salary plus a percentage of profit
80% of Medical Insurance
7 sick days
9 Holidays
