Your 2027 pricing is already sitting in your 2026 numbers. Before you raise (or don’t raise) your rates, pull these three:
1️⃣ Your actual hours per project 2️⃣ Your true overhead, including your own pay 3️⃣ Your profit by project type
Most designers price off a feeling, what a friend charges, or what they charged last year. Your own data is a much better guide.
