A few days ago I shared that AI organizes your numbers, but a CPA helps you make decisions with them.
So let me follow up with the question I'd ask next: "How should you actually use AI in your business?"
Heres my honest take. 👇
💭 Where AI is great:
✅ Sorting and categorizing transactions
✅ Drafting emails, invoices, and reminders
✅ Spotting patterns and duplicates
✅ Saving you hours of repetitive admin
💭 Where Id slow down and double-check:
⚠️ Tax advice (rules change, and so does your situation)
⚠️ Big decisions like hiring, pricing, or expanding
⚠️ Anything that gets filed, signed, or sent to the IRS
⚠️ Numbers you havent reviewed with human eyes
AI is only as good as the information its given. If the books are messy, the answers will be too. If it doesnt know your goals, it cant guide you toward them.
Think of it like cruise control. Its wonderful on a straight road, but you still want someone in the drivers seat when the road turns. 🚗
Thats how we use it at TAA Financial.
The tech makes us faster, and our team makes sure the answers are right for you.
Id love to hear from you: are you using AI in your business yet, and has it ever gotten something wrong? Im curious what youre seeing. 💛
