Hiring your children to work in your dental practice can provide tax advantages while helping them develop valuable workplace skills and financial responsibility. The key is making sure the work is legitimate, the compensation is reasonable, and the arrangement is properly documented.

Your CPA may do an excellent job preparing your tax return, but what happens during the other 11 months of the year?

As your dental practice grows, so do the financial decisions you face. Expanding your practice, hiring associates, evaluating PPO participation, improving cash flow, and planning for retirement all require strategic guidance, not just tax compliance.

Read our latest article to learn when it may be time to seek more specialized financial guidance. https://eandassociates.com/has-your-dental-practice-outgrown-its-cpa/
