Y'all, can I just be honest for a minute?

I have made mistakes in my own business.

And I used to feel like I wasn't supposed to say that out loud. Like as the advisor, as the expert, I was supposed to only show up with the wins.

But the truth is, the mistakes made me better at this work. They gave me something no certification ever could.

I know what it feels like to sit in the uncertainty. To look at your numbers and not know exactly how you got there. To have to make hard calls and trust that you'll find your way through.

And that is exactly why I can show up for my clients the way I do.

This picture reminds me of one of the toughest weeks I’ve had in business.

I was overwhelmed, frustrated, and honestly questioning a lot.

Then I did something I don’t do often.

I stepped away.

That trip led to conversations, ideas, and systems that completely changed how we operate today.

One of the things entrepreneurship teaches you is that every problem doesn’t require more effort.

Sometimes it requires a different perspective.
