There are a few options if you cannot pay your taxes. The first is to get set up on a payment plan, and if a payment plan is not currently feasible you can ask for an income based payment plan also.
Always make sure to file your taxes, because the penalty for not filing your taxes, and owing, are greater that the penalty for not paying.
