We are Hiring - Seeking Next-Gen associate with goal of equity ownership to join our team. Ideal candidates will have previous tax preparation experience and possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be self-motivated, work well within a team and have the ability/willingness to take a leadership role. Open to immediate equity stake if qualified or earned equity over time for candidates needing more time for development.
Responsibilities include organizing information provided by clients for data entry, input of all individual tax documents into CCH Profx software, identifying missing information, contacting client to review return and obtain missing information. Bookkeeping duties for year-round businesses as well as work up for small business tax clients
Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience with individual tax preparation or equivalent accounting experience with desire to learn tax preparation. Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, Sage and CCH Profx software a plus.
