Q: When you are not flying, what do you enjoy doing?
A; Spending Time with family, traveling, golfing, fishing

Q: Why did you become a pilot?
A: I sponsored a hot air balloon in Macomb and went for a ride and fell in love with the sport. Enjoy the joy on the faces of the people I meet when I am flying.

Q: What do you find is the most challenging about flying a hot air balloon?
A: Weather

Q: What's something interesting that ballooning has allowed you to do?
A: Travel to new places and meeting so many new people

Q: What do you most want the public to know/understand about hot air balloons and flying them?
A: There is a lot of preparations that need to be done prior to going for a flight.

Thank you to our friends at Danville Country Club for sharing the kitchen and opening up for us at 4:00am so we could start smoking meat, and batching in the oven. 🧑‍🍳
