WARNING:⚠️AVOID THIS COMPANY!⚠️

I want to share my frustrating experience with Dext.com owned by Receipt Bank Limited, to save others from the headaches I've endured.

Back in 2022, I attempted to cancel my account and was initially told I had to wait for the anniversary date-a total falsehood! After patiently waiting, I discovered there was no cancellation button under my account, despite the website's claim.

To make matters worse, my account was on a month-to-month basis, not annual as I had been told. When I contacted support, they insisted on involving my account manager for cancellation, but surprise, surprise no one bothered to reach out.

Despite numerous attempts and months passing by, cancellation was still a distant dream. Fed up, I had no choice but to cancel my credit card, as they seemed to prioritize reaching out for payments over addressing my concerns.

Beware of the lack of transparency and unhelpful customer service. Learn from my mistake and steer clear of Dext.com unless you're ready for a hassle!
