When I think about the future of Truss United LLC, I don’t just think about how many clients we can serve.

I think about the experience people have when they choose us.

Did they feel heard? Did they understand the process? Did we communicate clearly? Did we treat their information with care?

Those things matter to me just as much as growing the business.

I’m building something I want people to feel GOOD about being part of.

While tax season may seem far away to some people, over here we’re already putting in the WORK!

I’m organizing our systems, getting training materials together, and making sure my tax team is prepared before the first return comes through.

Because I don’t want my team just clicking buttons on software. I want them to understand what they’re doing!

Building something solid takes time, and I’m proud of the work happening behind the scenes. 💗

I’m not somebody who had everything handed to her.

I’ve had seasons where I was just trying to figure life out, and seasons where I had to rebuild, regroup, and keep going even when I was TIRED.

So when I say I’m proud of what I’m building, I mean that.

Every system, every improvement, every client relationship… it all means something to me.

And I’m nowhere near finished! 💗
