How many decisions are you making based on assumptions instead of data?

"I think we're busier."
"I think sales are down."
"I think the team is doing great."

The problem is... "I think" isn't a KPI.

The best business owners don't manage by gut feeling alone. They use numbers to confirm what's actually happening so they can solve the right problems, not the imagined ones.

Your KPIs should answer the questions before you have to ask them.
