PTBC was founded after working with clinic owners who lacked clear, timely financial information, even though their practices were performing well.

Financials were often reviewed only at tax time, communication was limited, and important decisions were being made without reliable data or strategy. Many owners expressed the same concerns: uncertainty around their numbers and little proactive guidance.

That gap is why PTBC exists.

From the start, our focus has been straightforward: provide accurate financials, clear communication, and proactive tax and financial support tailored to clinics.

That approach hasn’t changed. Today, we partner with healthcare practices to manage accounting, tax strategy, and financial planning so owners can make informed decisions and plan for growth with confidence.
