TAX DEADLINE EXTENSION:
As I hoped, the IRS has announced that the filing deadline will be pushed back from tomorrow to May 1st, 2025. So please don't panic about overdue taxes on top of everything else.

HURRICANE IDALIA:
Our counties are included in the federal disaster declaration, meaning we'll be able to deduct all losses due to hurricane winds and/or flooding. Please take before and after photos, take notes, keep receipts, save estimates.... you should know the drill by now.
