The type of returns that they can prepare (as with all of our staff) will be listed on the calendar. Please pay attention to the type of returns they can prepare so we can best meet your needs. The due date for partnerships and S corps is Mar 15. We will be unable to negotiate with IRS the removal of penalties this year so book or file an extension prior to Mar 15. Tax season ends on April 15 for all other filers.

We are going to be open during our normal business hours every day this week. We are aware of the potential weather that is supposed to be coming in. If you have an appointment and the weather does get bad and you will not be able to make it you can email your documents to the office with a drop off form from our website eubankstax.com

Hello Everyone!
Tax season is underway and if you can believe it is almost February. We here at Eubanks Tax Service would like to inform you all of some things we have learned through our years to help things run smoothly.

Our office hours have been updated.

Walk-in hours are
Monday - Thursday 9am to 6pm
Friday 9am to 5pm
Saturday 9am to 4pm

IRS has started accepting returns as of 01-23-2023.

You can go to eubankstax.com to book your appointment online with your preparer as we do still have some openings. If you don’t want to make an appointment, we are still accepting drop-offs
and walk-ins this tax season. Our goal is to get to walk-ins as quickly as possible to do that we ask that you have all your information ready to before you come in.

On drop-offs please allow 2 weeks for us to get your return completed additionally please send a drop-off form with your information as this will help us get your return back to you as soon as possible. Drop-off forms can be found on our website eubankstax.com.

We are offering bank products again this year if you would like us to take our fees out of your return. The bank product service also offers an advance on your refund for partial or full amount you can apply for. If you decide to do the advance you will be notified in 24-48 hours whether you have been approved and for how the amount you have been approved for.

We recommend that you come in and see us and let us get started on your return even if you are still waiting on documents instead of waiting till late February or March and having to come in as a walk-in and spend your day sitting in the lobby waiting. This will also help keep things running smoothly and fluid in February and March for everyone.

This is also a great time to get in if you are self-employed, you can get your income and expenses added and categorized come see us before the rush.

Remember that proof of residence is required for ANY dependent on your return. Your return can not be filed by this office until we have something that has the dependent's name and your address on it showing that the dependent lived with you.

If you or a dependent on your return had insurance through marketplace or heathcare.gov even if it was just ONE DAY, you must include the 1095A from them on your return otherwise it will reject until we add that form.

Hey everyone! Don't forget to bring your proof of residence for your dependents. This can be anything with the dependents' name and your address on it showing they live with you. This can be a medical bill, school demographic, daycare statement, lease agreement, insurance statement, etc...
