Our company is looking to hire!!!

Looking for a unique individual who would like to jump in and learn all aspects of accounting. This individual will be responsible for handling client needs from A to Z.
Such functions will be:
Entering accounting related information into accounting software, reconciliation of accounts, Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy, prepare financial statements, direct communication with clients.
No experience necessary but some knowledge in QuickBooks is a plus.

The end of the year is around the corner and here are some tips to help you prepare and avoid mistakes:

-Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
-Go over accounts receivables and accounts payable
-Process physical inventory count
-Analyze financial statements
-Gather supporting documents such as year end loan and bank statements, 1099s etc..
