ATTN ALL FRIENDS IN IL PART OF AN HOA OR RENTAL COMMUNITY!

**UPDATE! - THE NEWEST SCAM BY SHADY HOA BOARDS AND CHEAP/HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANIES IS MAKING IT LOOK LIKE HOA MANAGEMENT FEES ARE SUPER CHEAP ON PAPER, HOWEVER THE CHARGES FOR MAINTENANCE IS SKY HIGH FOR THE COMMUNITY DUE TO RE-ALLOCATING MONEY INTO THEIR POCKETS! BEWARE!

Unfortunately, due to mostly scumlords and cheapskates mainly having enough votes to take over the Board, the community is now suffering like it did previous to me and others getting on the Board and doing what was right for the community. The people currently on the Board lied their way on, then hired a "cheaper" a/k/a horrible/shady company so BEWARE of them! You'll see the ridiculous responses by both Anna (Owner of Safe AK) and Stilian (Current board member at the condo HOA) and how I correct them.... Also make sure to check out the attached flyer!
