Full Time Front Desk Position

You will be responsible for answering phones, managing calendars, the in and out flow of clients and completed work by our firm in a timely manner.

Ordering supplies, various out of office errands like bank runs and post office runs, data entry and accounts receivables, and much more.

You will learn valuable skills in this position on many different levels.

Very high paced and high volume environment during peak deadline months, March, April, Sept and Oct.
