DHS is giving you $5,000 to purchase a vehicle!

This was a call and email one of my clients sent me last night!

Requirements

-Valid driver license
-No vehicles registered in your name in the State of Michigan
-They will pay $5,000 for a vehicle, 6 month insurance policy as long as total premium does not exceed $2,000. There is a dealership in MT. Clemens and Warren that accept the dhs CAR VOUCHERS.

-Wayne County resident I believe you have to be on your job for 30 days. In Oakland County there is no requirement but to have a job.

There is also a program called Ride United-they will pay $1,000 in uber credits to get you to work while you are waiting for the car approval from dhs. You need a referral from your caseworker. They also will pay unpaid traffic tickets.
