Jessica Katinszky, Northwestern Mutual Hawaiʻi’s Director of Recruitment and Development, will be speaking at Hawaii Business Magazine’s first-ever Best Places to Work Training Day, now taking place June 18 at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaiʻi.

At this event, attendees will hear directly from leaders at Hawaiʻi’s top workplaces as they share proven strategies for building strong culture, supporting employee well-being, and creating workplaces where people truly want to show up.

Jess will be presenting her insights in the session titled “Where Women Thrive: Creating Pathways to Leadership and Equity,” focusing on how to cultivate a workplace culture that supports the advancement of women professionals.

The Northwestern Mutual Hawaiʻi team was thrilled to volunteer at the Special Olympics Hawaii Summer Games last Friday. Our role included assisting with the Law Enforcement Torch Run® for Special Olympics, a global initiative that engages law enforcement personnel in championing acceptance and inclusion for people with intellectual disabilities.

In Hawaiʻi, this effort holds special significance as we honor the legacy of fallen Honolulu Police Department (Official Site) Officer Troy Barboza. The event brings our community together in support of inclusion, acceptance, and the incredible athletes of Special Olympics Hawaiʻi.
