If you end up spending a lot of time in Dec/Jan/Feb getting your tax documents together, it's time to make a change! Take the time to create yourself a spreadsheet where you can enter your business expenses daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or semi-annually. Which ever works best for your business needs. This will save you so much time in the long run. If you have a tax professional ask them if they can provide you one. I provide one for my clients!
