As you may have heard, Duluth’s mayor has instituted an emergency mask mandate in response to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. This impacts our office as it qualifies as a “space of public accommodation,” so we will be adjusting our operations accordingly. Effective at 5pm on Friday, January 14, our office will remain locked throughout the day, with a staged waiting area outside the door for clients with in-person appointments. Signage will be posted directing you to call the office to notify us of your arrival, after which we’ll bring you in for your meeting. In order to comply with this mandate, we are required to wear masks during these meetings, and we will have a supply of disposable masks available.
If you currently have an appointment scheduled with Carrie or Colton in the Duluth office and would like to change it to a phone call or virtual meeting, please let us know. We appreciate your assistance in complying with this order, and your patience as we continue to adjust our practices in response to this pandemic. Please note: At this time, these requirements only apply to our Duluth location; meetings held in the Hinckley office will continue to be held as normal until the local laws demand a change.
Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns; we’ll get through this together!
Sincerely,
Carrie, Colton, and Nora
