New Business Processor - Financial Planning Firm
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized New Business Processor to join our financial planning firm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in processing new client paperwork, managing applications for various financial products, and tracking incoming investment account transfers.
Responsibilities:
*Process new business applications and paperwork for a variety of financial products with high accuracy
*Track and manage incoming transfers of investment accounts
*Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements
*Communicate with clients as needed to gather additional information or clarify details
*Collaborate with financial advisors to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
*Maintain organized records of all processed applications and transfers
*Adhere to strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial information
Pay is based on experience. Full time position with flexible hours available.
