Job Description: Tax Accountant – CPA or EA required

About Us: We are a full-service accounting firm founded in 1974 with locations Northampton and East Longmeadow, Ma. We offer payroll and monthly accounting services along with Personal, Corporate and Trust Return Preparation.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Organize work effectively to meet deadlines and take ownership of projects and actions.
- Prepare Federal and State tax returns for individuals
- Prepare Federal and State tax returns for C Corp, S Corp, Partnerships and Trusts.
- Research and analyze complex tax issues.
- Proactively communicate with clients and staff to build trust and foster meaningful partnerships
- Develop knowledge personally as well as the skills of subordinate staff.
- Effectively delegate tasks to staff and take responsibility for their work completion.

Required Skills:
- CPA or Enrolled Agent Certification is required.
- At least 4 years active Tax Preparation experience.
- You must be strong and confident in your tax preparation ability.
