Owner/Advisor Richard Villeneuve grew up in Vernon, CT and attended Connecticut State University where he graduated cum-laude with a Bachelors degree in Finance. While there, he was his graduating class' Treasurer, and in his senior year was given the "Excellence in Finance Award" by the Dean of the University and the Chairman of the School of Business. After college, Richard worked as a Financial

Analyst for Midland Bank (now HSBC) in London, and later returned to Vernon and worked as a Financial Auditor for Fleet Bank (now BoA) and as a Senior Analyst for the Travelers. Since 1995, he's worked independently in greater Hartford and western Massachusetts specializing in Retirement and Estate Planning for seniors, and has been a strict advocate of a conservative investment philosophy. He is active in his community and has held various positions in organizations and activities related to school, sports, scouting, etc. He has been a member of the Town of Enfield Ethics Commission since 2003 and the Ethics Commission Chairman from 2007 to 2009. He is currently on absence required after 3 active terms.
