After many months of planning, thinking, planning and MORE thinking, I am happy to announce that after 19 years of running our CPA firm one way, we boldly decided it was time to change things up for the health and wellbeing of our team and us as owners.
OnaWay, is now a fully remote CPA firm. That means we no longer have physical office locations and our team works remotely from home.

This wasn't an easy decision to make knowing it would disappoint some who don't prefer working with a company like this. Ultimately, I came to the decision that in order for us to stay in a notoriously challenging industry many leave, we needed to change the old system and it's ok to allow for a healthier lifestyle for us. I'm excited for what this means for our future!

Our goal moving forward is focusing on quality over quantity and having depth and richness in our relationships with those we serve. It's easy to always say bigger is better, but is it really? I wish someone had posed that to me earlier in my career, so I pose it to you now, as a kindness.
