Maria Rozenberg recently joined Boulay as an Assurance Supervisor. She brings more than eight years of audit experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a Finance emphasis from Bemidji State University.

Spencer Ruedy recently joined Boulay as a Tax Associate.

Spencer previously interned for Boulay in the tax department during the 2026 busy season. This experience further developed his interest in the tax accounting profession and gave him valuable hands-on experience. He holds a bachelor of science in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Outside of work, Spencer enjoys hunting, traveling, following and participating in sports, and spending quality time with his friends and family.

Silje Erickson recently joined Boulay as Tax Associate.

Silje previously interned with Boulay during the summer of 2025 and recently earned her bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Law from the University of Minnesota. While in school, she served as treasurer of a student organization and gained valuable experience as a volunteer tax preparer.

Outside of work, Silje enjoys running races, bouldering and spending time outdoors. She is looking forward to starting her professional career here at Boulay.
