There is nothing quite like looking back at a blank sheet of paper and seeing the magnificent legacy built from it.

This week reminded me why we pour everything into our people. I ended the week surrounded by two incredible young women celebrating what they learned from our firm, our culture, and our standards. Hearing them share how one built a two million dollar portfolio and won the business while their college peers were probably fetching coffee or shredding documents brought immense pride.

However, the blessings did not stop there. Right after, I received a text from a former team member who is now an Executive Producer running a global production team of ten people. She shared how she carries what she learned with her every single day, quoting 'Divaisms' to her team, and thanking me for giving her a chance when she needed to get back on her feet. Moments like this remind me of the true ripple effect of mentorship, second chances, and relentless standards.
