My wifey is amazing… discipline, love, and excellence all wrapped into one. Let me tell you my personal experience of seeing her in action as my REALTOR®️ selling our home. So, off the a bang, we got an offer we initially accepted 30 minutes before our first open house. Due to no fault of the seller (us), it busted 4 days later. What did she do…?
She doubled down and held another open house on Mother’s Day, then four days later held three open houses, three days in a row, with 41 groups coming through. By Sunday night, we had 5 offers, and at 10:05 PM, she successfully walked us through the numbers better than any CPA I know and filtered us to the best offer for our family — with the added blessing that a young Veteran family will now be the next generation to create memories there themselves.
