🖨️ NOW HIRING: Press Helper (Elgin Area)
Pay Rate / Paga: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour (Based on experience / Dependiendo de la experiencia)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist press operators with setup and teardown of flexographic printing presses (plates, cylinders, and rolls).

Load raw materials/heavy rolls into the press and remove finished products.

Perform quality checks (monitor print registration, color consistency, and catch defects).

Clean press components (ink pans, rollers) and maintain a clean workspace.

Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous experience in flexographic printing, web press operations, or manufacturing is preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude; must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and great reliability.

Responsabilidades del Puesto:

Ayudar a los operadores de prensa con la instalación y el desmontaje de las prensas de impresión flexográfica (placas, cilindros y rollos).

Cargar materias primas/rollos pesados en la prensa y retirar el producto terminado.

Realizar controles de calidad (monitorear la consistencia del color y detectar defectos).

Limpiar los componentes de la prensa (bandejas de tinta, rodillos) y mantener limpia el área de trabajo.

Seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad y normas de calidad.

Requisitos:

Preferible diploma de secundaria o GED.

Experiencia previa en impresión flexográfica, operación de prensa web o ambiente de factoría/manufactura.

Fuerte aptitud mecánica; capacidad para estar de pie por largos períodos y levantar hasta 50 libras.

Gran atención al detalle y excelente asistencia/confiabilidad.
