Here is our process for new clients:

1. Create your FREE client profile at:
https://taxesbytjllc.taxdome.com/
*Please use a current email address you check often*

2. After creating your profile, upload your most recently filed tax returns (most likely 2020 returns filed during 2021).
-On your profile home screen, select "Upload Documents" at the top right corner. If you have paper copies, you will need to scan those to your computer first.

3. We will provide an engagement letter for you which states the terms of our service. Please carefully read and then electronically sign.

4. We will send you a tax organizer with questions about your tax situation for calendar year 2021. Please complete and upload all tax documents as noted. Use the TaxDome app to upload documents using your smartphone's camera.

5. We will prepare your tax returns based on the documents and information you provide. Any follow up questions will be communicated through your client profile, email, or by phone.

6. We will present your returns in draft form once they are ready to be filed. You will be able to sign and e-file your federal and state returns via your client profile. Depending on your location, local returns are e-filed or mailed. After paying your invoice, your final returns are available for download on your client profile.
