I am truly honored and excited to officially begin serving on the 2026–2027 NAWIC Chapter 21 Board as Treasurer. 🏗️👷🏻‍♀️✨

It was a wonderful afternoon celebrating the accomplishments of the 2025–2026 Board and welcoming the new leadership team. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of this board and to contribute to an organization that continues to empower, connect, and support women in the construction industry.

As Treasurer, I am committed to bringing professionalism, organization, accountability, and attention to detail to this role. With my background in accounting, I look forward to keeping our financial records accurate and up to date while supporting the chapter’s continued growth and success.

Born and raised in San Diego, California, with a heart deeply connected to my parents’ roots in Oaxaca, Mexico, I’ve always carried with me the values of hard work, perseverance, and family.

My love for numbers started at a very young age. I’ve always enjoyed understanding finances, finding ways to save, and watching a dollar grow into two, then three. What started as a natural passion eventually became a career—and ultimately, ZD Accounting Services.

Today, as the Founder & CEO of ZD Accounting Services, I have the privilege of helping business owners gain clarity and confidence in their finances so they can spend less time worrying about their books and more time building, growing, and leading their businesses.

Behind the business is also a proud mom of boys, a woman who believes in hard work, continuous growth, and creating something meaningful not only for myself, but for the people and businesses I have the opportunity to serve.
