The tax business is growing daily.
And as a Tax Professional that has been in business for a few years you have to learn that your business is what you make it out to be. Your clients are 10/10 a reflection of you!! My clients are so much like me, we want it done right with someone we trust and can depend on. And that is the service I give.
As a taxpayer you should know your rights when filing your return. Your tax preparer should talk you through the process, allow you to ask questions and make you feel happy when you walk out of the door. But before you walkout.. make sure you ask for your printout, verify your signature and their information is on the documents as well. Make sure the amount they said is refunded, it could differ if you have debts owed. But stay on top of your money. I never let my clients complete their returns without their documents in hand or uploaded. We don't allow it and never have.
So as you prepare for the tax season as a professional or client, be mindful of the scams and unprofessionalism before you accept or become a client.

Reminder‼️If you receive a letter from the IRS, open it!! Do not hesitate!! The sooner we figure out what they need the quicker you can get it resolved!!!

My clients have no issues when it comes to this!!! IRS or State‼️ I have an outstanding track record of letters and making sure they have whatever they need!!!

Happy Friday UFS fam!!

We are in the 8th month of the year already!! What a blessing!! UFS is in the process of making a lot of changes this year for the upcoming tax season. We really love and appreciate all of our clients, and we wish we could pour out more into the community and surrounding areas. The only way to fix that issue is to work on what’s within the company and make sure we are doing the best we can…at all times!!

If you haven’t received your refund as of yet, check your mailbox for a verification letter and/or irs.gov/wheresmyrefund for your status.
