We are seeking a highly motivated Car Sales and Accounting Specialist to join our team at Auto Plaza LLC! As a key player in our sales and accounting department, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward.
Responsibilities:
Car Sales:
• Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional
manner to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product information and guide customers through the car buying process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Set up test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to showcase the benefits of each model.
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to ensure a seamless and satisfactory purchasing experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, and pricing and warranty details.
Accounting:
• Manage financial transactions related to car sales, including processing payments, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
• Reconcile sales and financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, balancing EOD, keeping track of day-to-day expenses in a detailed and organized manner.
• Handle tax and registration paperwork to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in a sales or finance role.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in navigating computers and the internet.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Must be fluent in English. Spanish and/or Creole is a bonus.
