🎓SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY🎓

J. Alexander’s Foundation, Inc is offering $1000 scholarships to 4 graduating high school seniors. If you know a high school senior who is college bound, tag them or their parents.

Qualifications:
📍US Citizen
📍High School Senior graduating in 2026
📍Attending an accredited 2 year college or 4 year university by fall 2026
📍G.P.A. 3.0 or higher
📍Acceptance letter received

Those who meet the qualifications must submit a 500 word essay on, “Why goal setting is important?” Chat GPT is not allowed and will disqualify applicant.

Email essay to [email protected] by 5:00 p.m. EST April 15th.

It is imperative that applicants follow instructions:

Congratulations to Xavier class of 2026 at Ewing High School! He is the grandson of Vandy Hall and son of Dr. Tonya Coston. Xavier will be pursuing his certification in mortuary science this Fall at Mercer County Community College.

The 2025 Family Reunion is in the books, and we’re already looking forward to seeing everyone in 2027. Please check out our Family Reunion page for updates. As a family, we agreed to make donations toward the high school graduation gift and the reunion seed money.
1. High School Graduation Gift Fund: Each household/family unit is asked to donate $25 per year to support the high school graduation gift. We are currently asking for donations by June 1, 2026. We have always given each student at least $100.00. At this time, we have $25 in our scholarship account. Based on the current balance, additional funds will need to come from the reunion seed money to cover the graduation gift if sufficient funds are not received.
2. Family Reunion Seed Money Each household/family unit is also asked to contribute to the reunion seed money. We are asking families to send their seed money by the end of the year.
3. Family Contact Updates Please remember to send updates for the mailing list, email list, and family history file.
