Tonight I will do something rather unusual.
I'll be joining a group of spies.
True.
LOL.
---------------
I was working out and I noticed
a lot of folks mouth breathing.
They are huffing and puffing and
no wonder that they are "fit" but
they have sleep apnea, GERD,
asthma and other problems.
If you mouth breathe, that is a
sign you are suffering chronic
hyperventilation syndrome.
Chronic hyperventilation worsens
or perhaps causes as many as
200 diseases such as sleep
apnea, GERD, asthma, high blood
pressure, obesity...and panic
attacks and depression.

Tonight I'm going to an unusual
meeting.
It's with a group of spies.
Very high up, hush hush peeps here
outside of Washington DC.
One goes on shadowy trips to
the Middle East and has an amazing
knowledge of Afghanistan...impossible
for anyone to know without a
*lot* of experience there.
Another is an admitted "retired"
spy but really, did he retire or
is that just what he tells others?
Most of the rest don't admit to their
activities and all have a good cover
story.
But somehow if you talk to them
you'll end up in some obscure
jungle in Bolivia or hearing about
an adventure in Pakistan and you
just *know*.
But what we all do is interesting.
What we do is one of us writes a
paper and presents it to the others.
I'm one of the youngest there, at
age 50, but these guys and ladies
are as sharp as they come whether
they're 60 or 90.
Sometimes I write and give a paper
to the group. Maybe once a year or
every other year.
This group has been incredibly
entertaining and I am always sorry
if I miss a meeting which happens
too frequently.
I have noticed that really
successful people *all* have a
group of other colleagues and
friends they belong to.
But evidence in this video has mounted up that the more we are treated by medicine for chronic disorders, the sicker we get.
