A reporting framework that monitors financial performance in real time, tracks fund usage across programs and supports strategic planning is not only more useful internally but also more compelling to funders assessing an organization’s capacity and accountability.

Incomplete or inaccurate grant reports can jeopardize future funding, making reporting one of the high-stakes administrative functions in nonprofit management.
