📢 Office Closure Notice

Our office will be closed on Thursday, July 16, for our annual Skip Day team-building event and Friday, July 17, for our Annual Meeting.

Skip Day has been a Widmer Roel tradition for decades, dating back to the 1970’s. It's one of the ways we invest in team connection, celebrate our people, and build the relationships that help us better serve our clients year-round.

We'll be back in the office and available on Monday.

Great day at the 2026 County Auditors & Treasurers Conference in Bismarck last week!

Heath Erickson and Jon Worrall presented "Beyond the Numbers," sharing perspectives on serving local governments, while our team connected with attendees at the Widmer Roel booth throughout the conference.

A special thank you to the North Dakota Association of Counties for organizing another excellent conference and creating an opportunity for county leaders and industry professionals to connect, learn, and share ideas.

Rachel and Kelsey enjoyed attending yesterday’s Fargo Moorhead Human Resource Association’s session on immersive technology and workforce development from CareerViewxr.

They highlighted how virtual experiences can help break down barriers to career exploration and connect people with opportunities across a wide range of industries.

Having partnered with CareerViewXR in the past, it's exciting to see the positive impact this work is making throughout our region.

👏 Our undergraduate accounting program was ranked 12th nationally among mid-sized schools by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy based on first-time CPA examination pass rate data.

These achievements reflect the strength of our curriculum, the dedication of our faculty, and the hard work of our students. We’re proud to prepare future accounting professionals for success in the classroom, on the CPA exam, and in their careers.

Proud to support our community and those who serve 🇺🇸!

Three of our team members, Brady Grefsrud, Lisa Burth, and Brady Reeve volunteered at Military Appreciation Night at RedHawks Stadium on June 24. After lending a hand, they got to stay to enjoy the game and a beautiful evening at the ballpark.
