The outing began with a group lesson, followed by lunch and an afternoon on the course.

In exit planning, be the tortoise, not the hare.

In the latest episode of In Good Company, Ramsey Goodrich joins Denis Horrigan and Kevin Leahy to discuss why a successful exit means tiptoeing to the starting line, then sprinting to the finish.

Successful business transitions rarely happen overnight. Ramsey shares why taking the time to think through your long-term goals before making a move can make all the difference.

If you're beginning to think about your exit or wondering when to start planning, this episode offers practical insights to help you prepare.

Earlier this week, we celebrated one year of In Good Company, our business owner community focused on meaningful dialogue and shared learning.

To mark the milestone, we turned the discussion over to our attendees, asking what challenges they’re facing today and what topics would be most valuable moving forward.

The themes were clear: talent, succession planning, business growth, leadership, and navigating uncertainty remain top priorities for business owners.

Thank you to everyone who has joined us over the past year. Your insights continue to shape the program, and we look forward to bringing business owners together to learn, connect, and share experiences.
