Last month, FKCo made our annual stop at Wood & Weather Drum Shop. 😎🥁

Joe and the crew always take great care of us, and it’s easily one of our favorite stops of the year.

And yes… of course Todd walked away with some new gear. 😂 Would it really be an FKCo trip if he didn’t?

A few quick pics from the visit. 📸

Recently, FKCo got to spend an incredible day with our good friend and client Rick Beato at one of the coolest places in American drum history, Noble & Cooley Drum Company. 🥁

For over 170 years, Noble & Cooley has been building drums right here in the U.S., and seeing the process up close was something special.

Luke, Ian, Ricardo, Nick, and the whole crew are true craftsmen. The amount of care, knowledge, and passion that goes into every drum they build is unreal and you can hear it. These snares and kits sound next level.

If you’ve somehow made it 170+ years without hearing a Noble & Cooley drum 😏, go find one at your local dealer and give it a hit!

Earlier this month, FKCo was invited to be guests at Zildjian Cymbal (Zildjian Company) in Norwell, MA for a guided factory tour. Our amazing client, Joe Testa (VP of Artist Relations) and new friends, Samantha Zildjian (Vice Chair, Board of Directors) (Samantha Zildjian) and Eric Gross (Artist Relations Manager) truly rolled out the red carpet. The history of this company (over 400 years), quality and expertise that go into each and every cymbal, ever one at Zildjian are truly masters at their crafts. We look forward to seeing them again... and the artist vault too 🥁😁

Last week, the FKCO team hit the road for an incredible trip to California!

Alan, Evan, Jeremy, Madison, and Melissa kicked things off with a visit to NAMM Headquarters, where they had the opportunity to chat with Zach Phillips about all things NAMM.

Throughout the week, the team connected with an amazing group of industry professionals and clients, including Jesus E. Florido, Leland Sklar, Marc Daniel Nelson, Paula Salvatore, and Tim Pierce. It's always inspiring to spend time with the people shaping the music industry and strengthening the relationships that make our work so rewarding!

The trip also included a stop at VidCon, an outstanding tour of Yamaha Music USA Headquarters hosted by Garth Gilman, and a chance to visit Steakhouse Recording Studios with Kevin McCombs.

A huge thank you to everyone who welcomed us, shared their time, and made this trip such a memorable experience. We're grateful for the relationships we've built and excited for what's ahead! 🎸❤🎹

Last week at the 20th annual , more than 100 delegates representing all 50 states met with 200 Members of Congress and congressional staff to advocate for music education and the music products industry.

Delegates urged support for Title I, Title II, and Title IV, Part A funding, helping ensure continued access to music education for the 54 million students connected to music programs nationwide. A trade delegation also met with key members of the Senate Finance and House Ways and Means Committees to discuss the economic impact of current tariffs and potential trade restrictions, advocating for exclusions for music products, components, and the raw materials used in manufacturing.

A highlight of the day was Alan meeting Congresswoman Jahana Hayes of Connecticut, the 2016 National Teacher of the Year and a passionate advocate for public education and students.

This year’s Fly-In also featured Congressional Record, a bipartisan celebration of the unifying power of music and the arts, with participation from members of the Congressional Musicians Caucus and Congressional Arts Caucus.
